The Google I/O is an annual event held be Google where they give a keynote address and give information on their latest developments in hardware, software and services.
The name “I/O” is taken from the number googol, with the “I” representing the “1” in googol and the “O” representing the first “0” in the number.
Typically, the event’s primary target is software developers. Through this event, they attend sessions where they get to learn how to build apps for Google’s platform.
Also, this is when they release new versions of their Pixel phone.
This year, we know they are releasing their first-ever foldable phone, the Pixel Fold.
